Kale and Arugula. Quinoa and Spinach. This morning a little scorpion sneaked away when I moved the trays. What a surprise.
1) Arugula sprouts. Now there's more and most of them are over an inch tall. 2) Quinoa. Beautiful seeds. 3) The first little kale buddy says "hello", now there's around thirteen of them.
