Breakfast in Bed

I love breakfast. And I love breakfast with a movie in bed. It's a kind of ritual I do, when my husband has to work early.

Fresh WHO-Bread
an orange and hazelnuts from the city
margarine, jam and honey
Caro with soy-rice-drink

There's always a discussion about honey between vegans. Since for me becoming vegan is a process in spring I was thinking I would go on eating honey. Like if there's honey in cereals or granola bars I wouldn't mind. I now think the less honey the better for environmental and animal wealth reasons. So I decided on this special honey from my uncles bees to be my last so far. It tastes great and I enjoy it a lot. When it's gone, it's agave syrup time! Yummy.

I think the problem is that like eggs and milk and meat people don't think about where it comes from any more. Honey was something really precious in the past and isn't it any more. What I want to say: if you eat honey, have that in mind, buy local, buy organic, care how the bees are kept and try to avoid the industrial thing. (Sorry for my crappy english today.)
